• Unlike The Fractionating Column Condenser, This System Will Retain And Enhance Flavours From Your Wash, Rather Than Stripping Them Out, Making It Ideal For Crafting Spirits Like Whiskey, Bourbon, Rum, And Gin.
• Ideal For Distilling Washes Where You Wish To Retain Flavours from The Wash. Eg Brandy From Wine And Whiskys From Malt Washes
• The Large Copper Surface Area Of the Alembic Dome Acts As A Catalyst With The Vapor In The Still Which Enhances And Concentrates The Flavours And Aromas As Well As Removing Unwanted Sulphur Compounds. This Produces A Smoother, Richer, Sweeter Tasting Spirit.
