- Blue Curacao Is A Liqueur Made From Dried Skins Of Citrus Fruit, Similar To The Oranginess Of Triple Sec But With A Very Slight Bitterness.
- Instructions: Pour The Contents Of This Bottle And 200 Grams Of Granulated Sugar Into A 750ml bottle, Fill 3/4 Full With Vodka And Shake Until The Sugar Has Dissolved, Then Top Up The Bottle And Shake Until The Contents Have Fully Blended.

Blue Curacao: mix with Vodka, take a sip, close your eyes, and you could be sitting on a beach on the, Spanish Island of "Landhuis Chobolobo" . . . . open them again, and you swiftly realise that you've no idea where that place is or how to say it after a Blue Curacao or two! . . . . it's where this original staggeringly orange flavoured liqueur has been made since 1896 from withered, sun dried Valencia Orange Peel. I wonder what happens to the inner fruit . . . a refreshing "pick me up" half-time snack for Spanish Footballers I guess!
