Coopers International and Original Series are well known for high quality Real Ale Beer Kits at modest cost with unique international flavours and characteristics of regional beer styles. This European Lager is certainly no exception. I have enjoyed many trips around Europe and noted the delicate fullness and crispness of the fine regional lager/beers. I would say this European Lager from Coopers more than captures the taste and essence of that experience probably the best lager in the world can be tailored to taste with a little brewing experimentation with Spraymalts and different hop varieties . . . but as always keep notes and records to use and improve on.
