You might put it in the same bin as "Fish n Chips" in Spain or "Bangers n Mash" in Greece, but I have to say this authentic brew is spot on copper coloured Blighty Bitter especially when brewed with 500 g of light brown malt and/or Beer kit Enhancer in place of Brewing sugar. A vigorous frothy fermentation may be expected, so place a tray or towel under the brewing bucket to spare the floor.
