Balliihoo Standard Syphon with 1.25 metre Syphon Tube allows the syphoner to Rack off the contents of an entire 5 Gallon Fermenter to another vessel without sucking if he /she is clever! The out end is submerged into the brew momentarily, curved upwards and out of the liquid trapping about 500mm of brew in the tube and then the valve closed, transferred to the recipient vessel and the valve opened, the Syphoning will begin without using ones lips! Ensure thorough sterilisation of the Tube and the Valve at the outset. Tip: don't put your Hand, Wrist, Watch and Cuff into the brew to open or shut the valve before trapping the liquid! The useful Bucket clip allows you to go hands free while the syphon does its stuff, enabling you to do something else with your hands for 3-5 mins! - any ideas!
