Surprisingly tasty and traditionally balanced is this Young’s Harvest Mild, affordable enough to offer around at gatherings and a very acceptable Mild just like we used to drink down the pub years ago. A little tweak here and there, to enrich the brew and to add more body is well advised by adding possibly Coopers Dark Malt Extract and even a little Demerara sugar (100g or so) to help raise the level of alcohol and the ensuing Euphoria at your party! Probably best kegged rather than bottled was a comment I heard recently, improved body and taste I am told.
