I use VinClasse Steriliser & Cleaner every time without fail for all equipmentprior to the brewing process and this ensures an untainted and bacteria free brew, it goes a surprisingly long way too at 1 tabletto 5 litres of water.Dissolve the tablet in warm water and make up to a 5 litre batch. Simply swirl all equipment like spoons, airlocks siphon hose etc in the fermenting bin that is to be used for your next brew, ensuring everything comes into contact with the solutionand leave to soak for just 10 - 15 minutes, thenrinse thoroughly with clean cold water just before use. Its easy, very effective and essential for an uncontaminated brew. For soiled items or more stubborn staining leave to soak overnight.
