The top of the range, Balliihoo Premium Brewing Barrel with LCD Temperature Indicator and new improved Balliihoo 4" control cap witheasy to operate bottomlever tap. Alarge diameter neck is great to insert the hand and forearm for thorough and easy cleaning.
Usespecially formulated, Pressure Barrel Seal Grease available from Balliihoo to ensure a good airtight seal with no fear of Contaminating the brew.
Some clever new Balliihoo modifications are now included in this full setup; A Tyre Pressure Gauge (Doubling as a key ring) removes "Pressure Guesswork." There is now a valve service kit extractor/replacement tool available from Balliihoo to recondition your valve every 20 brews or so. A Co2 control tap which allows you to top up the Co2 pressure in small increments and not have to blow the whole contents of a bulb in one hit, meaning less wastage and the ability to get the internal barrel pressure just where you like it, for the perfect pint pour all of the time.
The Square section Seal in the cap rim is a major improvement ensuring a positive airtight seal.
