Interesting Read! but do check the legal situation regarding the Distilling of Alcohol in your Area before following the instructions in this little book. I was amazed how easy and effective it is to produce Fortified Wines of 20%+ABV and Quality Spirits of 40%+ABV such as Gin, Ouzo, Brandy with "Prestige" essences but of course the production of distilled alcoholic Beverages must be carried out where it is legal to do so, even just for personal consumption only, I checked my area recently, so I'll get my travel agent to fly me and a copy of The Home Distillation Handbook, a SmartStill, Turbo Yeast, Active Charcoal and a box of Prestige Essences to Russia, Hungary or New Zealand for a few months!
